DESCRIPTION: Bright Orange A-line layered skirt. Has a 1 3/4" waistband, has a layer that wraps around the top that covers 2/3 of the underlying skirt. The underlying skirt zips on the side with a button closure. The top layer also has a button and hook and eye closure. There is a portion of the underlying layer that is a lining material. Both the layers lay over the opening edge by about 10".
